We are all different, no one size fits all, that is why, at The Trellis Practice, the client/therapist working relationship is so fundamental to all that we do together in shaping the support you require, whether that’s in the UK, internationally, or working overseas in-country.
Whoever you are, we all need to have a voice and be heard, understood, and supported in our life journey, so as to be able to live well, work well, have healthy relationships, and increased resilience.
Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy is a combined approach bringing together different elements of specific therapy modalities (tools), as does Therapeutic Coaching and Clinical Supervision.
As an Integrative therapist, I take the view that there is no single approach that can meet the requirements of each client’s situation. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole therefore such techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
Also, as a man, I also recognise and hear from male clients the significant barriers they felt toward considering therapy before they experienced how I work, and the evident benefits. This is why I have a dedicated page just for men.
My primary objective is to bring to our sessions the ‘tools’ that can best suit and support your way of processing your thoughts, feelings, and life circumstances. As an integrative therapist, I use various modalities (tools) of therapy, such as Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Systemic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) amongst others.
If you’ve been recommended to The Trellis Practice, and you like what you’ve already heard or read from past and present clients, you can dive straight in and request your first session appointment here.
Alternatively, if you’d like a free 30-minute consultation or just want to jump in and book your first session, do send me a message from the Contact Us page. It would be a pleasure to speak with you and respond to any questions you may have.
